The product is currently designed to support performance management tools, i.e. to provide you with the ability to assess your organisation, division and employee performance in the areas which you define as your key performance indicators.

• Select the core system and choose the level of access and support your company requires,
• Choose your modules from:

  • succession planning;
  • employee certification tracking;
  or specify your own requirements.
• Agree the licencing cost.
