The Upstart BlackBox Solution is an affordable and scalable product which can be designed to meet your business needs.
The product is currently designed to support performance management tools, i.e. to provide you with the ability to assess your organisation, division and employee performance in the areas which you define as your key performance indicators.
For example, if your organisation has requirements around:
- Performing company-wide training needs and competency analysis;
- Reviewing your appraisal process status at any given time in the year;
- Monitoring and reporting on employee training.

As soon as your needs are clearly identified then the design and implementation process is simple:
- Select the core system and choose the level of access and support your
company requires,

- training management;
- succession planning;
- employee certification tracking;
or specify your own requirements.
- Agree the licencing cost.
